The signature fund-raising event for DIFFA KC, Dining By Design showcases the personal passions of some of the area’s leading creative talents. Each designer is given a set amount of space and the freedom to create their own dining environment. DBD was founded in Kansas City over 20 years ago and has become the signature event for DIFFA chapters nationwide! Dining By Design has helped raised millions for HIV and AIDS education and prevention in the Kansas City area. The event includes some of Kansas City’s leading entertaining, design and culinary talents.
